Psychiatric Drugs that Cause Violence

If you keep up with the news you are already aware that many psychiatric drugs cause violence, suicide and multiple side effects.  Well, now Mercola has published a list of specific drugs known to cause violence.  It is not speculation anymore!  A matter of fact some of the drug studies revealed this problem early on, prior to the marketing of the drug, yet it was released and is still on the market.

Top Ten Legal Drugs Linked to Violence

Meanwhile, here is a list of the drugs:

10. Desvenlafaxine (Pristiq): An antidepressant which affects both serotonin and noradrenaline

9.  Venlafaxine (Effexor): An antidepressant also used to treat anxiety disorders

Children and Hard Psych Drugs

I just found an older article from the Sept 2007 New American written by the attorney of a six year old boy being forcibly drugged by the state:

“Twelve adults gathered in a small, closed courtroom to decide how many powerful, anti-psychotic drugs that the child, who is currently in the custody of the state, would be required to take. The patient did not have a voice, since he was not there. No doctor was present, but plenty of lawyers were. The little boy’s lawyer saw nothing wrong with drugging him into a stupor. As the attorney for the heartbroken mother, I spoke against the whole idea; I suggested to the court that other factors may be causing the child’s problems, and that the compulsory administration of drugs by the state was simply an excuse to avoid addressing those issues. A Documentary – Making A Killing – The Untold Story of Psychotropic Drugging

Making a Killing DVD

“Psychotropic drugs. It’s the story of big money–drugs that fuel a $330
billion psychiatric industry, without a single cure.  The cost in human
terms is even greater–these drugs now kill an estimated 42,000 people
every year.  And the death count keeps rising.  Containing more than
175 interviews with lawyers, mental health experts, the families of victims
and the survivors themselves, this riveting documentary rips the mask
off psychotropic drugging and exposes a brutal but well-entrenched
money-making machine.”

The facts are hard to believe, but fatal to ignore.

Big Pharma is making a killing by pushing their psychotropic drugs down millions of individual’s throats from antidepressants to antipsychotics to psychostimulants for ADHD.   Let’s not forget those hypnotic sleeping pills, too.

What mental illness do you have this week?  Not doing your homework?  Agitated because you quit smoking?  Or perhaps you just are a teenager and you feel that everyone else is better looking than you.  You name it they have a diagnosis waiting for you and a matching pill in just the right color.

Spread this article to everyone you know so that everyone gets the raw truth in the DVD, “A Documentary – Making A Killing – The Untold Story of Psychotropic Drugging” which is presented by the Citizens Commission on Human Rights.

Watch it at http://www.cchr.org/#/videos/making-a-killing-introduction.

Psychostimulants (Stimulants): Side Effects, Dangers and Street Use

Do you know if your child is taking “psychostimulants” also known as “stiumlants”?

No one knows how many of America’s high school age youngsters are taking prescribed psychiatric drugs, but an estimate of 10 – 15% would not be far off, and for some age groups and circumstances it will be far too low. If we dip into special populations such as those in special education or foster care, the figure for those taking psychiatric drugs approaches 100%.

Now a Stanford study described in the May 24-25, 2008 the Wall Street Journal by reporter Jonathan Kaufman has shown that nearly one in ten of 11th graders take stimulants like Ritalin, Adderall and Concerta without a prescription. Nine percent are taking stimulants illegally. Read the rest of this entry »

Link Between School Shootings and Prescription Meds – Video

There is a link between school shootings, such as Columbine and Virginia Tech, and prescription medications.

In this Video, Ritalin and other stimulants are compared to Cocaine and other similar drugs. Did you know that LSD and PCP were once considered safe drugs? “If we made this type of mistake in the past…”

Five million children in the United States take Ritalin, alone. This does not include similar psycho-stimulants such as Concerta and Adderall.

Paxil, Prozac, Luvox, any psychiatric drug is dangerous. Decide for yourself. Watch this video! Read the rest of this entry »

Feingold Diet for ADHD and Healthy Living

Where do food dyes come from? Those pretty colors that make the “fruit punch” red, the gelatin green and the oatmeal blue are made from petroleum (crude oil) which is also the source for gasoline. You will find them on the ingredient labels, listed as “Yellow No. 5,” “Red 40,” “Blue #1,” etc. The label may say “FD&C” before the number. That means “Food, Drug & Cosmetics.” When you see a number listed as “D&C” in a product, such as “D&C Red #33” it means that this coloring is considered safe for medicine (drugs) and cosmetics, but not for food. See more about colorings. Read the rest of this entry »

An ADHD Success Story Without Drugs

On Atypical_Antipsychotics Yahoo Group a mother writes:

Dear group:

I deeply appreciate being invited to this group.

I also deeply appreciate all of the members of this egroup.  You are all “fellow warriors” in my eyes… for fighting Big Pharma’s many lies for the sake of profits, and at the expense of human health.

Many of you have heard of my son Willy Darman’s rather amazing story of recovery from other egroups, as I have widely been circulating it (and its revisions) around the Internet for a few years.  I sincerely hope that you enjoyed it. Read the rest of this entry »
